Gruene Hall Pool Tables B W - Every self-respecting dance hall in Texas has to have a few pool tables for that true tx ambiance otherwise it just a bar. We like the way the light was coming in from the cracks along the wall from outside. You can see the dance floor and the table ready to go for another two stepping night at Gruene Hall in New Braunfels Texas. Gruene Hall is located in New Braunfels Texas along the Guadalupe river it was originally settled by German migrants back in the 1840 and the town was developed for the cotton farmers in the late 1870 with the a store, and dance hall and community center but after the cotton crop failed because of a pest problem in the 1920s. The town ceased to exist and basically became a ghost town till it was brought back to life in the 1974 with the help of several people who got involved with its restoration in New Braunfels TX.
